Repair 'wp_posts' Crashed Database WordPress

Beberapa saat yang lalu, kaget ketika login pada situs WordPress milik saya. Posting, page, comment, custome menu semuanya HILANG begitu saja.

Sempat terlintas dibenak, mungkin situsku kena hack!!! Hehe... nggak mau buru-buru ambil kesimpulan, coba cek dulu database di Webmin. Ternyata oh... ternyata..., table wp_post crashed dengan pesan error:

Error Message:

SQL show index from 'wp_posts' failed:Table './wordpress/wp_posts' is marked as crashed and should be repaired

Begitu juga pada halaman phpMyAdmin yang manampakkan pesan error serupa:

Bagi anda yang mempunyai masalah serupa dengan saya, jangan panik!! Berikut cara repair database table error (wp_posts) WordPress. Pertama login pada halaman phpMyAdmin, kemudian klik pada database WordPress anda → centang checkbox wp_posts → pada dropdown menu pilih Repair table → kemudian klik tombol Go (Screenshot lihat pada gambar di bawah).

Jika repair berhasil, anda akan menerima pesan konfirmasi sukses yang bertuliskan (Gambar; lihat pada screenshot di bawah):

Sampai di sini situs WordPress sudah kembali seperti semula (normal). Posting, page, comment, custome menu dan elemen-elemen lainnya yang hilang akan kembali muncul.

Untuk menghindari kejadian serupa pada situs WordPress anda dilain waktu, berikut ada sedikit tips yang bisa anda terapkan:

1. Backup database WordPress secara berkala baik itu menggunakan plugin WordPress database backup atau langsung via halaman interface phpMyAdmin.
2. Optimalkan Database MySQL. Cek overhead table & lakukan table optimizing pada halaman phpMyAdmin setidak-tidaknya sebulan sekali.
3. Sedia payung sebelum hujan. Lakukan full website backup, tidak menutup kemungkinan error atau gangguan lain pada server bisa menimpa account-account anda yang lain (email, addon domain, subdomain, dlsb) kapan & dimana saja. Jika control panel website anda menggunakan cPanel, lakukan full website backup pada halaman interface cPanel.

Disable Auto Login SSL cPanel/WHM Server

Otomatis login menggunakan alamat SSL (https://) → port 2087; pada cPanel/WHM biasanya terjadi setelah ioncube PHP Loader baru saja di install pada server. Berikut cara men-disable SSL login ketika akan akses halaman cPanel/WHM:

» Login ke WHM → Untrusted security certificate, klik I Understand the Risks → Add Exception...

» Add Security Exception centang Permanently store this exception → klik tombol Confirm Security Exception

Login ke WHM sebagai root user.

WHM → server configuration → tweak setting → Security → Require SSL [?] → setting ke off → Klik tombol save (lihat Screenshot di bawah).

Install ImageMagick Pada cPanel/WHM Server

ImageMagick merupakan aplikasi pendukung PHP (PHP extention) untuk membuat atau memodifikasi gambar menggunakan ImageMagick API. Berikut cara install ImageMagick pada cPanel/WHM server:

Cek Status ImageMagick apakah sudah terinstall atau belum

SMTP Error 451 Temporary Local Problem (please try later) "cPanel/WHM Server"

SMTP Error 451 adalah peringatan error tidak dapat diprosesnya pengiriman email yang dibatalkan oleh ISP karena masalah internal server (Local Error atau Local Problem). Kesalahan ini biasanya terjadi karena overloading pada ISP atau service SMTP memproses terlalu banyak pesan (biasanya email akan sukses terkirim setelah beberapa saat jika email yang diproses terlalu banyak).

Ketika anda akses webmail (roundcube, SquirremMail atau horde) & coba kirim email anda mendapat pesan peringatan "SMTP Error 451 Temporary Local Problem (please try later)", penyebab yang paling umum jika anda menggunakan cPanel/WHM Server adalah domain tidak terdaftar pada file "/etc/localdomains".

Solusinya adalah dengan cara berikut:

1. Pastikan / cek domain sudah terdaftar pada file "localdomains (/etc/localdomains)"


2. Tambahkan domain jika domain tidak terdaftar (tanpa http/www)


3. Restart EXIM (WHM » Restart Services » Mail Server (Exim))


4. Selesai

Coba kirim test email untuk cek pesan error "SMTP Error 451 Temporary Local Problem (please try later)" apakah sudah hilang & email terkirim dengan sukses.

Install Plugin cPanel/WHM "WatchMySQL"

Plugin ini memberikan kemudahan kepada administrator untuk memonitor semua script/situs user yang terkoneksi ke MySQL. Install Clean Backups plug-in cPanel/WHM

Script default backup cPanel tidak punya fitur otomatis menghapus file backup user/account yang sudah tidak lagi host pada server. File-file backup user/account yang tidak aktif ini akan terus tersimpan pada hard disk server sampai file terkait dihapus dengan cara manual oleh root user/administrator server (Dedicated Server maupun Virtual Private Server/VPS).

Namun sekarang ada plugin gratis cPanel/WHM "Clean Backups" yang memberi kemudahan kepada administrator server untuk menghapus file-file backup user/account yang sudah tidak aktif lagi secara otomatis. Dengan menggunakan plugin ini, administrator dapat setting/menentukan berapa lama jangka waktu penyimpanan file backup untuk user/account yang sudah tidak aktif lagi dan kapan file-file backup tersebut akan dihapus dari server.

Berikut cara simpel install plugin cPanel/WHM "Clean Backups". Buka putty atau program sejenis lainnya & login sebagai root user.

Satu lagi plugin cPanel/WHM gratis dari ConfigServer.Com "ConfigServer Explorer (CSE)". Plugin ini mempunyai kemampuan untuk melihat semua file/folder (Filesystem/Top Level Disk) cukup dengan login pada halaman WHM (Web Host Manager). 1. Configure the following options in the csf configuration to suite your server: TCP_*, UDP_*, IPV6, TCP6_*, UDP6_*

3. Set TESTING to 0 once you're happy with the firewall

Adding current SSH session IP address to the csf whitelist in csf.allow:
Adding 192.168.211.1 to csf.allow only while in TESTING mode (not iptables ACCEPT)

Konfigurasi iptables apapun lainnya harus di-disabled, misal jika sebelumnya menggunakan APF+BFD dengan terlebih dahulu men-disable (hapus/remove).

Selesai. CSF dapat dikonfigurasikan langsung via edit file /etc/csf/*, atau pada cPanel dapat menggunakan WHM UI (User Interface).

Harap diingat, CSF auto configure port ssh sesuai pada saat instalasi dan juga otomatis menambahkan IP Address administrator waktu install ke daftar whitelist.

Webmin Module Installation/Upgrade

Untuk install atau upgrade module csf pada webmin, install csf seperti command di atas, kemudian install module csf.

Webmin → Webmin Configuration → Webmin Modules → From local file → /etc/csf/csfwebmin.tgz → Install Module

Setup Remote Access Key

Remote access keys allow you to log into your server without using a
password. You can use a remote access key (or access hash) to
authenticate with WHMâs remote API or DNS clustering features. If you
are using a remote billing solution, you will probably need to set up a
remote access key on all your cPanel and WHM servers. Read our
documentation for specific information about how to use remote access
keys.

Install GD Image Support For PHP Pada cPanel/WHM Server

PHP (PHP Hypertext Preprocessor) tidak hanya terbatas untuk membuat output dokumen HTML saja, namun juga bisa digunakan untuk membuat dan memanipulasi file-file gambar dalam variasi format yang berbeda (GIF, PNG, JPEG, WBMP, dan XPM). Dengan kata lain, PHP dapat membuat output stream gambar langsung ke browser.

Untuk dapat mengaktifkan fungsi ini, diperlukan compile "GD Image Support For PHP". Berikut tutorial singkat install 'GD Image Support For PHP' pada cPanel/WHM Server:

3. "Use oldsourceguardian for version 1.x and 2.x." pilih "ioncube".

Dampak:

Setiap login cPanel atau WHM harus menggunakan SSL, cara mengatasinya:

1. "WHM" → klik "Server Configuration → "Tweak Setting".
2. Di bawah tab "Security", "Require SSL [?]" set ke "Off".

Jika sebelumnya sudah terinstall, Fantastico De Luxe WHM Admin akant otomatis update file. Semua admin file (masterfiles, tarballs, setting dlsb) akan dipindah atau dibuat pada direktori "/var/netenberg".
